No I know I've already talked about all different kinds of details and treatments, but I've saved the best for last: there's going to be so much Chest Bling gracing your collar bones this season (including really gorgeous appliques, trims, and cutouts, as well as jewelry) that you'll get sick of saying "eyes up here!" 

Having talked about every kind of detail possible, I think it's time to finally look at the whole picture. Many designers used very unique Surface Treatments throughout entire looks or pieces, putting the emphasis on shape and technique in general rather than in particular details.
